STEP 1
Warm the proper amount of Wong To Yick Wood Lock Medicated between your palms.
STEP 2
Gently rub the Ointment onto the areas above the ears and all the way up to the top of the head with your thumbs.
Massage the temples to relax the eyes, so as to enhance blood circulation and stimulate acupoints.
STEP 3
Massage the forehead all the way to the back of the head. Massage continuously for 2 to 3 mins to relieve discomfort.
Note: For better results, rub the ointment into the neck

STEP 1
Warm the proper amount of Wong To Yick Wood Lock Medicated Balm between your palms.
STEP 2
Wrap your hands around the head, then massage the back of the neck that is about one-finger’s length away from the hairline;
STEP 3
Or massage the areas connecting hairline and neck, or the muscles at both sides of the vertebrae between your shoulders. Rub continuously for 2 to 3 mins to relieve neck discomfort.

STEP 1
Warm the proper amount of Wong To Yick Wood Lock Medicated Balm between your palms.
STEP 2
Massage the affected area at the centre of the shoulder blades.
Stretch your back and place your left hand in front of your right shoulder.
STEP 3
Rest your fingers naturally on the shoulder.
The point where your middle fingertip touches is the sore spot. Massage continuously for 2 to 3 mins to relieve shoulder pain.

STEP 1
Lie face down and apply a proper amount of Wong To Yick Wood Lock Medicated Balm onto the affected area.
STEP 2
Massage the two concave spots between the waist and the hip.
Bend fingers inward to form a fist, then rub the two concave spots with the thumb joint in a circular motion.
Massage continuously till the spot feels slightly sore and numb.
STEP 3
Place both hands on the waist.
Then, rub back-and-forth until your waist gets warm to enhance muscles’ blood circulation at the waist and back.

STEP 1
Warm the proper amount of Wong To Yick Wood Lock Medicated Balm between your palms.
STEP 2
Press the upper thigh with the thumb.
Press with appropriate force to ensure the thigh muscles are massaged thoroughly.
STEP 3
Massage the affected area in clockwise or anticlockwise for 2 to 3 mins.
Rub continuously for about 2 mins to alleviate thigh discomfort.

Muscle ache, spasm or numbness caused by over-exercising
STEP 1
Relax on a chair. Apply the proper amount of Wong To Yick Wood Lock Medicated Balm on the affected area.
STEP 2
Press the concave spot at the upper calf muscle (gastrocnemius) with your thumbs and apply with appropriate force to ensure the muscles are massaged thoroughly.
STEP 3
Massage continuously in clockwise or anticlockwise for 2 mins. With your fingertips and index finger, press the concave area between the heel and the ankle.
Massage continuously in clockwise or anticlockwise for 2 mins.
Massage continuously for 2 mins can relieve calf discomfort.

STEP 1
Warm the amount of Wong To Yick Wood Lock Medicated between your palms.
STEP 2
With your thumb or a spherical tool, press onto the concave area on the upper calf muscle (gastrocnemius) behind the knee with force to ensure it is massaged thoroughly.
STEP 3
Massage the plantar fascia, the flat ligament that stretches from the heel bone to the toes, with thumbs in a back-and-forth movement.
Massage hard enough so that the foot feels mildly sore and numb.
Massage continuously for 2 to 3 mins to relieve foot pain.

Apply hot pad method before massage can boost the effectiveness of the Ointement, thus enhancing blood circulation and relaxing muscles and joints
STEP 1
First, apply a proper amount of Wong To Yick Wood Lock Medicated Balm onto the affected area
STEP 2
Then, cover the affected area with a thin plastic wrap.
STEP 3
Gently place a warm toweled water bag on top of the plastic wrap as a warm compress.
Before massaging: apply this hot pad method for 15-30 mins
After massaging: apply this hod pad method for 20-30 mins
