Usage

Relax on a chair.
Apply the proper amount of Wong To Yick Wood Lock Medicated Balm on the affected area.

Press the concave spot at the upper calf muscle (gastrocnemius) with your thumbs and apply with appropriate force to ensure the muscles are massaged thoroughly.

Massage continuously in clockwise or anticlockwise for 2 minutes.

With your fingertips and index finger,
press the concave area between the heel and the ankle.

Massage continuously in clockwise or anticlockwise for 2 minutes.

Massage continuously for 2 minutes can relieve calf discomfort.
