Usage

把適量的黃道益活絡油塗抹在手掌心的位置,
然後慢慢揉至手心溫度開始升高即可。

雙手抱著頭部按揉後腦髮際線往上
大約一隻手指中間的位置

或者可以揉按頸部兩側髮際和脊椎側筋處
這個位置即是頸部肌肉的起點

持續揉按2-3分鐘 可以舒緩頸部的不適
