Usage

Lie face down and apply a proper amount of Wong To Yick Wood Lock Medicated Balm onto the affected area.

Massage the two concave spots between the waist and the hip.
Bend fingers inward to form a fist,
then rub the two concave spots with the thumb joint in a circular motion.
Massage continuously till the spot feels slightly sore and numb.

Place both hands on the waist.
Then, rub back-and-forth until your waist gets warm to enhance muscles’ blood circulation at the waist and back.
